Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Care Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Client Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient back-office support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities: As a Client Care Manager at Our Pacific Office, your responsibilities will include
- Act as the main contact for assigned clients and stakeholders,
- Respond to inquiries promptly,
- scheduling and managing appointments,
- conducting reminder calls,
- maintain accurate documentation.
- The role involves supporting practitioners with administrative tasks, coordinating appointments, and ensuring 80% utilization of their schedules.
- Other duties include handling correspondence, proofreading written material, addressing difficult messages tactfully, and proactively managing client and practitioner inquiries.
- Additionally, the role involves planning and following up on new NDIS plans, escalating service exits as needed, tracking NDIS plan expiry, liaising with the Accounts Officer for invoicing, and ensuring compliance with clinic policies and best practices.
- The individual is also responsible for addressing safety and quality issues and conducting audits as required by senior management.
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience as Client Care Manager or in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality requirements.
- Profound understanding of operational systems, workflows, and system capabilities
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Demonstrates autonomy and initiative in tasks
- Proficient in creating, managing, and presenting documents
