Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient processing of data and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities: As an Account Manager at Our Pacific Office, your responsibilities will include:

·        Examine and confirm electricity and gas data through manual processes or the utilization of designated software. Create presale reports and proposals.

·        Coordinate installation and commissioning tasks in collaboration with the field services team and contractors.

·        Generate and present regular management reports.

·        Engage directly with customers via phone and email to address inquiries and generate quotes.

·        Invoice validation

·        Renewal of electricity and gas contracts with existing clients

·        Value adds sales of products and services sold by the company

·        New client sales where appropriate

·        Manage all client interaction with the company

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess:

·        Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Google and Zoho CRM

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·        Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.

·        Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality requirements.

·        Authentic enthusiasm for decarbonization and renewable energy.

·        Proficient in handling numbers and systems.

·        Possess an understanding of the principles of excellent customer service.

·        Experience with energy services a bonus but not essential.
