  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive analysis, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies and action plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Monitor industry developments, market conditions, and competitor activities to stay informed and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities to senior management.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the outsourcing field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas confidently and build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Knowledge of the latest market trends and technologies related to our industry
