Reservation Sales Officer

We are looking for an outgoing,  highly motivated and skilled Reservations Sales Officer to join our team in our Denarau mainland office

Responsibilities:

• Provide Resort Information, itineraries and prices

• Use selling techniques to promote the Resort and what we offer.

• Handle Customer complaints or concerns

• Advise guests on terms and conditions of booking eg. cancellation policies

• Monitor Bookings Online/Direct and send out confirmation emails

• Process Payments and Refunds

Required skills and knowledge:

• Course in Computers, language and communications are an asset

• Excellent command in English (spoken and written) is a must

• Excellent telephone manner etiquette are required

• Excellent customer service skills

• Knowledge in Property Management Systems and OTAs is an asset.

• Detail-oriented

• Organizational skills

• Previous experience in marketing and sales is an asset
