The Property Administrator is the glue to effective management of Quinovic's property portfolio. This includes all reporting, accounts reconciling, tenancy applications, scheduling, owner and tenant communication, finance issues related to the property, and more, in accordance with the financial and operational requirements set by Quinovic Property Management.

  • Booking property viewings
  • Daily reconciliations
  • Rent and water arrears
  • Invoicing
  • Work orders
  • Rent increases
  • Lease extensions
