Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

The role is responsible for the design and delivery of customer reviews, and all reporting requirements for our customers. The Reporting Specialist interacts with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs.

This position is an important role supporting the Commercial team and Management across a wide range of activities.

This person will be responsible for the delivery of key tasks to enable us to achieve our business objectives. Displaying a high degree of professionalism, initiative and attention to detail, you will thrive in a high paced environment where you will be expected to manage multiple projects against time sensitive deadlines.

Summary of Key Accountabilities     

  • The production of client review documents & monthly reporting
  • Database management
  • General sales and account management administration
  • Assisting the Commercial team and Management with sales support and various administration
  • Assist with implementing Reporting for new customers which may require customer visits
  • Customer feedback and communication.

Person Specifications

Educational Qualifications / Experience

Business related qualification.

Essential

  • A strong background in gathering sales and financial data, analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to relate to all levels of corporate customers.
  • Ability to prioritise, manage a varied and substantial workload with follow-up accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Sales support and administration experience
  • Advanced IT skills (Excel, power point, word, internet, Power BI, databases,)
  • Experience with managing projects
  • Travel Industry experience would be desirable, however not a mandatory requirement

Preferred

  • Experience in a similar role for a professional organisation.
  • Travel knowledge.
