As a successful candidate, you are focused on delivering outcomes on a range of administration matters throughout KRL. Reporting to the Admin & Finance Manager, you will manage the office tasks, supplies and all administrative needs of the company. Maintain stock take records and carry out stock take verifications on a timely basis.

· Commercially minded and always focused on delivering results
· Interested in working with technology and constantly looking for better ways to leverage new technologies.
· High school certificate, additional certificate/ diploma in administrative role will be added advantage.
· Three to five years of experience in a similar role
· Group 2 driver’s licence
· Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS office.
· Good command in English with good writing skills.
· Attention to detail and good problem solving skills.
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
