Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

The role will be responsible for training and implementing processes and procedures for all retail activity, including the management of the 3 retail outlets, retail staff, logistics and overall retail operations including sales, performance, administration, customer and trade relations, strategy and planning.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Oversee and review the retail operations to ensure the stores are operating effectively.
  • Manage and train retail and warehouse sales teams
  • Develop and implement processes, management controls, training manuals.
  • Review and audit product visibility and traceability processes and procedures.

Qualifications & experience

  • Qualification and 7+ years' experience in supply chain or business retail operations
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Excellent organisational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to create and implement training processes and procedures
