FESPS is a global leader in the remarketing of essential technology. With a core mandate of supporting community groups, charities and non-profits organizations. 
We are looking to hire an "Outbound Sales Agent" with a "Hunter" mentality who is performance driven and experienced in B2B sales & marketing.  
The candidate must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and proven track record of producing real opportunities leading to increased ROI. 
Person specification
  • Prospecting is at the heart of this role.
  • Your mission is to increase the company's revenue with new business to become an essential part of the sales force.
  • Must be proficient in Data Management, Excel, Powerpoint, WebEx, Zoom.
  • A post secondary degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
If you have a proven, displayable track record of producing year over year growth $MM then we would like to hear from you. 
This is a full time position working from our beautiful, Nadi office. 
Activities are to include:
  • Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects. 
  • Make presentations to senior managers and decision makers 
  • Report on sales activity (daily is ideal for accuracy)
  • Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions     
  • Provide forecasts on sales volumes 
  • Cultivate strong relationships with third party and partner companies 
  • Provide feedback to sales management on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve company brand and reputation 
  • Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, opportunities to deliver greater value to customers
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace 
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity    
Tasks are to include the following:
  • Prospect daily
  • Identify potential new customers
  • Connect with key decision-makers
  • Get meetings with prospects
  • Qualify new business opportunities
  • Present unique opportunities to work with Management    

Compensation to be aligned with Objectives. Strong Base salary, bonus + many perks to be included such as travel opportunities, sales training courses plus more
