Printing Supervisor - Labels

Golden Manufacturers Pte Limited (GML) is the leading manufacturer and exporter of corrugated cardboard packaging with excellent prospects for future growth. We are looking for a Printing Supervisor to join our Labeling Division.

Job Description & Requirements

• Should have a good knowledge of different processes of PSL and flexible packaging production.
• Should have necessary technical capability to oversee all production activities like, Flexo / Gravure printing, Solvent base/ solventless lamination, Adhesive Coating, die cutting, slitting and rewinding.
• Should have communication proficiency and skills to manage staffs.
• Should have strong problem solving, result driven and technical capability to guide his team.
• Be able to train and provide technical support to the team for continuous improvement and achieve target.
• To encourage staffs and maintain Health and Safety at work Place.  
• To compile daily / Monthly shift production reports and present to higher Management

Experience:

• At least 15-20 years of experience in printing field with 10 yrs experience in Supervisor or higher capacity.
• Preference will be given to candidates working in BRC/ HACCP/ SQF/ ISO certified Company with knowledge of Health and safety at work place.  

Educational Qualification:

Candidate should have preferably a  Diploma in Printing Technology or  IT / Diploma in any discipline  from a reputed institution.
