Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

  • We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Hygiene Manager


  • Training staff of HACCP system, along with implementing and maintaining systems, in accordance with all policies andprocedures.
  • Developing and providing training for food safety and quality requirements
  • Creating SOP's, maintaining manuals, and updating policies and procedures related to any food safety concerns and compliance 
  • Conducting facility food safety audits
  • Monitoring and verifying activities to ensure all products meet food safety standards Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager on any food safety or quality assurance issues
  • Accurate record keeping and reporting
  • Manage all Covid 19 related standards and procedures in line with the Care Fiji
  • Commitment (CFC) program and local government. 

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  1. HACCP Certificate Holder
  2. Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards Certifications
  3. Previous related experience in the field
  4. Passion for leadership and teamwork
  5. Experience of budget management and reporting
  6. Knowledge of Hygiene and Safety Procedures
