CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
RESPONSIBILITIES:

-   Handling inbound / outbound calls
-   Respond to customer emails & inquiries
-    Extensive experience using MS office software
-    An excellent team player
-    Flexible to work on weekends or early/late shifts

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

- Experience in an Australian Call Centre, or similar environment.
- Outstanding communication skills, both on the phone and by email.
- A highly enthusiastic and energetic approach.
- Some experience with Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks software will be an added advantage
