SITE MANAGERS
Responsibilities:
- Understands and applies all responsibilities pertaining to PBS EMP, OH&S, Security and QM Standards.
- Monitors/reviews and ensures Work Performance.
- Pre-empt/Analyzes problem areas and provides solutions.
- Prepare/review reports, forecasts, program and resource requirements for your projects.
- Oversee construction operations within assigned areas.
- Maintain QC (within their discipline} for the project.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Must have strong commercial construction knowledge/experience base over a number of trades and must be able to interpret drawings.
- Understand and interpret technical procedures and all construction-related regulations.
- Ability to write/read reports and business correspondences.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers. =
- Excellent communications skills
- Proficient in MS Office.

Pacific Building Solutions (PBS) is a 100% Fijian owned construction company based in Suva, Fiji.
Established constructing luxury homes in the early 90’s we quickly learned that building in the islands presented some unique challenges mostly related to difficult and remote building sites, unpredictable weather patterns and the lack of suitably skilled and experienced tradesmen and subcontractors. We decided that the only practical solution to these problems was to take control of a few of the most critical elements in the building process by bringing them in-house through organic growth and acquisition.
