Altitude Refrigeration Solutions is a progressive, specialist mechanical services and refrigeration contractor with Group head office in the Gold Coast, Australia, and regional office in Nadi and fabrication facility in Suva; we operate throughout Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific.

Due to growth of our Fiji operation, and opening a branch in Suva in January 2021, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Inventory Control Clerk for our Suva or Nadi office. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years experience in inventory control/ stock Management and knowledge of refrigeration, air-conditioning and electrical spare parts is beneficial but not essential.

The successful candidate will maintain records of, and control all stock Movement, conduct frequent stock-takes, monitor re-order points, compile regular reports for re-orders, account for stock security. 

Job Title: Inventory Control Clerk

Working Environment: The role combines administration’ clerical work in an office environment, with stock control in a warehouse/ stores environment. Occasional physical activity required. 

Reporting to: Directly to Administration Supervisor and occasionally to Directors

Location: The successful candidate could be located in our Suva or Nadi office, but must be able to travel between locations when nec-
essary/ weekly.

Driver's Licence: Possession of a valid Fijian driver's license is a requirement for this position. Experience: Proven track record and experience in inventory control stock management is essential. Knowledge of contemporary inventory Management practices, process and systems is required. A business Diploma or Degree with inventory control or operations management is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Controlling materials and inventory, maintaining accurate records of stocks, stock movements 
  • Allocating inventory to projects and/ or invoices 
  • Establishing ‘Bin Levels’ - maximum and minimum inventory levels and compiling re-order reports to ensure consistent supply of products 
  • Tracking incoming stocks, capturing inventory into the database 
  • Must be detail oriented and organized. 
  • Document Control experience is essential. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products is essential 
  • Understand of duct fabrication shop practices is a plus. 
  • Must be a reliable and punctual team member, able to work in a team environment. 
  • “Hands On” involvement in projects from concept to completion.
