Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the store operations with the store Manager
  • Promotion of Sales and achievement of sales targets
  • Supervision of all activities of staff
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, including resolving complaints
  • Implement and oversee security procedures for stock and cash
  • Oversee the presentation of the store and stock to ensure it as appealing as possible
  • Handle any matters relating to branch as instructed by the management

 

Requirements

  • A matured individual with at least Form Six qualification with a minimum of two years of retail experience from a managerial / supervisor position.
  • Must be computer literate and hold a clean drivers license
  • A high degree of interpersonal skill, communication ability and professional presentation
  • Have the ability to manage a small and dynamic team and stocks
  • Applicant to be residing in Central Division
