Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

We're looking for an experienced individual to lead our Food & Beverage team on island. 

The incumbent will oversee the Food & Beverage aspects of the Resort and he/she will be responsible for the overall Food & Beverage operation. Including; food production and delivery at the highest level, 
supervision of kitchen/food outlet staff, create innovative menus, hygiene, inventory, cost control and day to day operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years’ International experience as Executive Chef /F&B Manager. 
  • Has a passion for food & great local produce.
  • Is hands on and enjoys interacting with guests.
  • Strong people management and communication skills.
  • Friendly & energetic personality, great team player.
  • Enjoys the challenge of training and developing a local team.
  • Prepared to live on island.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader, able to demonstrate a positive coaching ability and a past track record of excellent culinary success.
