Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

This senior staff member will be the Duty Manager whenever the GM is off the island.

Daily responsibilities will include liaising with guests throughout their stay. Overseeing all Guest Services, the Front Office team and their duties.  Additional duties will include Wedding & Event coordination. 

Qualifications

  • Similar prior experience in Hospitality
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Professional command of both verbal and written English
  • Demonstrated Leadership ability
  • Common sense and sound judgement
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
