Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required


We require : Confident, friendly person with a high standard of personal presentation to work in our team. 

Duties include:

  • phone/email enquiries,
  • data processing,
  • general admin duties,
  • assist managers

These skills and experience will be considered favourably.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication is a must.
  • Competent with MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel 
  • Minimum 12 months working experience in a similar role 
  • Good organisational ability  
  • Demonstrated 'can do' attitude 
  • Ability to take direction and work independently with little or no supervision 
  • Hospitality customer service experience is a bonus but not essential 
  • Excellent customer service skills offering genuine service
