We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to look after an established book of large commercial / corporate clients in Fiji. 

Skills should include strong technical ability as well as the ability to maintain and expand relationships with all clients from a broad range of industries. You will also be responsible to grow your portfolio of accounts and to represent the full breadth of Aon’s consultancy services to assist clients and prospects. 

As an Account Manager you will lead a small team and provide the team members with advice, training, coaching and support.

The role:

  • To establish productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in your client portfolio and with prospective clients. 
  • Coordinate the involvement of Aon specialist resources that best address client's risk and insurance needs.
  • To meet assigned targets for profitable business development
  • Proactively assess, clarify and validate client needs on an ongoing basis
  • Respond to the client's notified claims and provide proactive claims management and advocacy in both simple and complex losses.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Diploma in Insurance Broking or similar training / qualification. 
  • Previous insurance broking experience managing commercial accounts 
  • Excellent attitude and ability to learn 
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time 
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to train colleagues on products 
  • Have strong administrative and IT skills and highly competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
