We are on the hunt for a Claims Consultant to join our claims team where you will be case managing our customer's claims including car, house and contents. 

If you:

  • Have phone-based customer service experience OR; even better, have previous general insurance / claims handling experience; minimum 2 years insurance industry experience
  • Are an absolute whizz on a computer and are comfortable navigating multiple computer systems
  • Have exceptional time management skills and can confidently talk, type and think to best serve our customers
  • Are resilient and thrive when working in a fast paced environment
  • Are flexible to work rostered shifts
  • Are a self-motivated individual, with a real can-do attitude and love helping customers

You will be responsible for:

  • Understanding our customers and look after the things they cherish by promptly responding to their individual requirements and being there to help them during their time of need
  • Resolving and manage customer claims
  • Being flexible, agile, optimistic and well organised
