Pacific Destinations, an established Inbound Tour Company is_ inviting committed and enthusiastic applicants to join our dynamic team as Human Resources Assistant based in our Head Office, Nadi. 

The position of Human Resources Assistant will involve a wide range of support duties in our HR Department, from coordinating meetings to maintaining our employee database to posting job ads. An important part of this role is to act as liaison between Management and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of
requests and queries. The successful candidate is also expected to assist in performance management,
OHS and general clerical and administrative duties.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • A Degree in HR or HR related field from a recognised institution; 
  • Some work experience in a similar role 
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programmes; 
  • Ability to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure 
  • Detailed oriented; a team player with positive attitude 
  • Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills required 
  • Ability to commit and meet deadlines.
