Assistant Front Office Manager

  •  Previous experience in Hotel Front Office at supervisory or management level. 
  • Provide personalized guest service for arrivals and departure.
  • Settle guest accounts, ensuring cashiering is accurate.
  • Organisational and planning skills.
  • Assist with queries and activity booking and ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Must be computer literate to access, read and accurately input information.
  • Experience in the Opera Reservations system would be an advantage, but not essential. 
  • Positive can do attitude, enthusiastic and passionate for the hospitality field.
  • Have efficient customer service skills and focus.
  • High level of communication skills with the ability to relate to all nationalities.
  • Be reliable, friendly and a team player with professional appearance and manner with highly developed interpersonal and social skills
  • Be a self starter and self motivated.

The position requires excellent personal presentation, a 10 days on the island, and 4 days off the island roster with all transfers, meals and accommodation provided.
