The School of Government. Development and International Affairs at the University of the South Pacific seeks to appoint a clerical assistant to provide administrative and logistical support for the compulsory course titled ‘Ethics and Governance’ UU200.
The appointee will be responsible for the prompt and efficient delivery of clerical services: photocopy and scanning: record keeping; filing and assistance with inputting of data on UU200 onto spreadsheets and databases. The appointee will also be expected to attend to written and telephone queries and liaise with UU200 students and staff at Laucala, Lautoka, Labasa and the region. She/he may also assist with other general administrative duties within SGDIA as required.

Salary Range: Grad 2 FJ$11,623 to FJ $19.480 per annum
