Customer Service Rep

The Customer Service Rep supports the sales and marketing operations through the provision of sales and customer support services at the frontline of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Assist customers in a timely and professional manner by answering customer questions regarding our products and services;
  • Receipt and record daily sales transactions in the showroom.

Requirements

  • Team Player and ability to work under pressure ;
  • Secondary School Completion;
  • Punctual and ability to meet deadlines with good communication skills
  • For Service Technicians Trade Certificate in Plumbing/Electrical/ Electronics ‘Refrigeration.
  • Valid group 2 license and 3 years experience in technical field
