Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for general administrative and clerical support for the efficient operation of the Finance department.
Communicates and/or attends to lodgments with Banks, FRCS, Immigration, Post Office, other statutory bodies and external organisations.
General upkeep of office and administrative duties
Files remittances, organising and maintains the archives room
Organises travel, accommodation and other purchasing for Finance department
Assists in reception and other duties as required.
Form 6 pass with 2- 3 years’ experience in an office setting
Excellent written and communication skills.
Intermediate computer skills.
Experience in Oracle software or similar would be an advantage.
