Located in the heart of Suva city, this role is for full time basis. On a day to day basis the team leader will be involved in Leading and developing a team of Appointment Setter Agents to identify and create opportunities for offering Solar Products to our business customers in Australia and New Zealand. He/she will ensure the Appointment Setting teams are utilizing their customer relationship skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers. Team leader will engage the Appointment Setting Team to educate and advise our customers on how they can improve their business through adopting our products. The successful candidate will also ensure the Appointment Setting Team employ campaigns and promotions to generate the required number of sales to achieve the departments and individuals KPI’s. The successful team leader will maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services and market conditions and provide reporting and insights to management on a regular basis. We are searching for right candidate with the ability to solve problems and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and demonstrate confidence in all interactions with clients, staff and management to complement our success with the following key selection criteria: Some tertiary level education desirable. Experience as a Telemarketing team leader (two years - preferably outbound) A minimum of 4-6 years experience in Tele-Sales. Proven success in managing team. An engaging personality who has the energy and drive to win new business. A strong sense of integrity and collaboration. Successful delivery of telemarketing campaigns for outbound call centre. The suitable candidate will have relevant experience in call centre organisation or its equivalent. You’ll be a person who can summarize a brief, write a script that is real and then set goals for the team while coaching them for success. On top of that you will have a “can do” attitude, someone who is happy to lead by example on the phone because you are committed to clients achieving their targets and inspiring the team.
