We are looking for a full time Funeral Director’s Assistant to join our team here at Ann's Funeral Services Limited ( Ann’s Funeral Home & Onsite Cremations) based at Wiri, Manukau. You will provide support to Funeral Director and the senior funeral directing staff. Job duties includes but not limited to the following; Meeting the grieving family, answering questions, providing information as instructed by the Funeral Director. Assisting with funeral arrangements such as prepare all documents related to cremations eg invoicing, death certificate, legal paper work for cremation. Preparing Presentation and coordinating sound systems, stereo/video system video streaming as required. Usher people, conduct funeral services, park cars, and fulfil any transportation needs as required by the Funeral Director. Answering phones and general housekeeping duties.
