Key Responsibilities: Ability to manage time amidst challenging and innovation transformation of EFL; Ability to research ,analyze, develop and mark it happen approach; Ability to visualize a bigger vision for EFL; Ability to trend data and information; Ability to be innovative and think beyond the human resources project work; Undertake high level project co-ordination and project support responsibilities that contribute to the end-to-end delivery of operational and strategic initiatives projects; Responsible for ensuring effective communication of the project aims, objectives, processes and issues to all internal and external bodies involved in the projects; Lead all aspects of HR projects, including planning, development, execution and implementation; Updating of HR intranet website; Operationalize the Human Resources standards, onboarding and findings of the Employment Management, in collaboration with key Centres of Expertise team including Training Department, Health & Safety Department, Payroll Services, Recruitment and HR Operations; Manage details and add strategic value to HR by translating business objectives into Human Resource strategic priorities; Provide innovative Human Resource solutions for challenging HRSBA business environment; Manage innovation framework program administration and provide a mechanism of an evolving and passionate oriented organization; Manage the Employee of the Quarter and Employee of the Year award program systematically; Develop and review Human Resource policies and measure to see the success; Build a communication mechanism for a better-informed organization through monthly e-newsletters; Monitor, evaluate and update the Human Resource Balance Scorecards on a monthly basis; Compiling evidence for HR Scorecard; Evaluation of HR Balance Scorecard with GMHR & Auditor; Setting up of HR KPIs with GMHR & Unit Leader & Team Leaders; Carry out any other duties assigned by the General Manager Human Resources. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the EFL’s Risk Management Framework Update the Organization’s Risk Register and provide a report to the EFL Board on EFL’s Top Business Risks; Coordinate external RISCORE inspection with the Insurance Broker; Conduct internal Risk inspections at all EFL locations; Develop risk action plans in consultation with the respective Department Head to ensure that potential risks are minimized; Manage and coordinate all insurance claims of the organization and report as required; Manage the insurance claims on a daily basis; Manage staff insurance in terms of overseas evacuation, local hospitalization etc. Work with HR on staff insurance matters; Assist Risk & Insurance Manager in the renewal of the organization’s Material Damage, Business Interruption Policy and Miscellaneous Insurance Policy with the Organization’s Broker; Work cooperatively with the Organization’s Broker to deliver excellent quality services and organize the provision of appropriate insurance cover to protect the Organization’s assets and operations; Carry out any other work as delegated by the Manager Risk & Insurance.
