MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Develop financial and tax strategies Manage the capital request and budgeting processes Develop performance measures that support the company’s strategic direction and train the Finance team and other staff on raising awareness and knowledge of financial management matters. Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the revenue and EBITDA targets without jeopardizing the financial integrity and governance. Participate in developing new business opportunities Manage the day-to-day accounting functions of the assigned market. Monitor banking activities of the organization Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization’s needs Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the company including organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, reports to group finance and external parties.
