We are seeking a skilled and reliable Breakfast Chef or Sous Chef to lead or support our morning service in a high-volume kitchen. Based at a rural resort in Australia, this is a hands-on role ideal for someone with experience in well-known and reputable hotels or resorts, who enjoys early mornings and thrives in a team-oriented, remote work environment.
About the Role:
Prepare and deliver high-quality breakfast service for up to 250 guests daily
Oversee or support buffet and à la carte service
Maintain kitchen standards for hygiene, prep, and presentation
Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
Roster may include 10 days on / 4 days off, with early morning shifts essential
You Will Have:
Experience in a recognised 4- or 5-star hotel or resort kitchen
Strong skills in breakfast, buffet, and grill service
