The role The Pacific Women Support Unit is recruiting a Database Officer to join our program in Suva, Fiji. This position will work with other members of the Support Unit to collect, code, validate and analyse data to measure program progress and achievements. The Database Officer will support the day-to-day implementation and operation of the Pacific Women database and contribute to its ongoing development. This position will also provide training to other members of the Support Unit in the use of the database and support or deliver analysis as required. You will also have: Tertiary qualification in social sciences, development, information systems or a relevant discipline or a minimum of three years’ experience working in a related field. Advanced technical skills in data collection and analysis with Microsoft products, especially Excel and Access. Other database programming would be an advantage. Demonstrated skills in data reporting and presenting information in clear and simple figures and graphs.
